Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ganeshatees.com! Below is our shipping, refunds and returns policy. Please read carefully. International Shipping Policy We’ve teamed up with printing and distribution partners all over the world to help make international shipping fast and affordable to most places. If for some reason we are unable to deliver to your country we will notify you and refund your money. Domestic Shipping Policy Shipping in the US is free for most items! Shipment processing time Orders are typically enter production within a day of purchase and are shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email. Shipping rates and delivery estimates Because we partner with multiple quality providers to print and ship our artwork and merchandise to customers as quickly and cost-effectively as possible shipping and handling costs may vary; they will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses Ganeshatees.com ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active when the carrier picks up your package, which usually happens within 24 hours. Fees and Taxes Ganeshatees.com is not responsible for any fees or taxes applied to your order. Fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including taxes, and other costs). State sales taxes may be added during checkout. If so, they will be clearly displayed. RETURNS AND REFUNDS If you received your order damaged on delivery, notify us within seven days (14 days within the E.U.) and we will send you a replacement at no additional costs. We may require a photo or video of the item to confirm the damage. If a replacement is not available, we will provide store credit in the amount of your purchase. In rare instances we may issue a refund, at our sole discretion. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS or other carrier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Ganeshatees.com will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package. Missing or Stolen Shipments If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please refer to the shipping notification email we sent you. Contact the carrier service used for your order, using the appropriate tracking numbers. Local law enforcement may also be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
